In addition to routine maintenance, must add the following work:

1. Check the voltage of the generator battery and the specific gravity of the electrolyte, the specific gravity of the electrolyte should be 1.28 ~ 1.29 (atmospheric temperature 15 ℃), generally not less than 1.27, and check whether the electrolyte level in the poles above the plate 10 ~ 15mm, insufficient to add distilled water to supplement the need to add

2. Remove the side cover of the body, open the oil chestnut coarse filter locking spring plate, remove the coarse filter cleaning, every 200h cleaning oil filter and coarse filter, and then all the oil for new (such as oil cleaner, you can extend the replacement time)

3. When the diesel generator set used for the B-type high-pressure oil pump, should check the oil injection pump and governor oil stock, add oil when necessary

4. to all the oil injection nozzle, etc., filling with grease or oil in accordance with the provisions of the regulations

5. Clean the air filter, remove the dust in the dust collection plate, remove the filter element, vibration or compressed air (pressure 98kPa-147kPa) from the center to the outside blowing method to remove the dust adsorbed on it.

Air filter by the rain cap, cyclone blades and paper filter element composed of three parts, the air from the rain cap inhalation, through the cylinder body cyclone blade ring, due to centrifugal force and inertia force, so that most of the dust particles in the air fall into the cylinder at the back end of the dust collection disk, the smaller dust is filtered by the paper filter element filtered out, the filtered air and then sucked into the supercharger into the diesel generator set. In order to facilitate the removal of dust and replacement of the filter element, the filter housing, the filter element and the dust collection disk are removable, the dust collection disk in the -r丨:displaced manual dust removal.

The air filter should be serviced regularly as follows:

(1) Every 50h ~ 100h of engine work (depending on the working conditions), the rear cover needs to be opened to remove the dust in the dust collection cover.

(2) Every 100h ~ 200h of engine work to remove the filter element, vibration or compressed air (pressure of 98kPa ~ 147kPa) from the center of the outward blowing method for cleaning.

(3) Engine every work for 500h ~ lOOOh, or because the filter element blockage, so that the engine exhaust smoke is too thick, exhaust temperature is too high, should be replaced with a new filter element.

(4) Keep the filter element dry, when the filter element perforated or stained by water, oil should be replaced with a new filter element.

(5) It is strictly prohibited to clean the filter element with any oil or water.

(6) The air filter is equipped with air filter maintenance indicator, if the maintenance indicator appears on the "red" signal, it is indicated that the air filter element has been clogged, should be maintained in accordance with the above method, maintenance should be carried out after the end of the indicator should be pressed at the top of the rubber cover, so that the indicator light to return to the "green", the table does not air filter. After the maintenance, you should press the rubber cover on the top of the indicator, so that the indicator light will return to "green" again, and the air filter can work normally.
